How much of the yard does your dog actually use? 🐾

All of it. The lawn is the one room in the house that is completely theirs. Thick and green or bare and full of burrs, they are out there either way.

How do you tell a property that just gets mowed from one that gets maintained?

Look at the edges. The grass at the foot of a retaining wall, the strip between the tiers, the tree line leaning in. A mower never touches any of it. 🌿

Somebody stands there with a string trimmer and cuts it back by hand, every single visit. That is what you are really looking at when a place looks kept. 💚
