We don’t take shortcuts—every seam, fastener, and detail is 100% prepped and sealed before the coating goes down. A good silicone restoration starts with good prep work. ✍️

Looking to hire a Roofer Assistant part time/full time.

Hi, we are looking to hire a reliable, hardworking roofer assistant (entry level) to join us for upcoming projects. We will train on our specific systems, but must have some prior experience walking, balancing, and working on roofs safely.

Job duties:
Roof and ground support- moving comfortably across pitched roofs to assist with daily installation tasks and tear offs.
Material Handling- Carrying shingles, underlayment, and flashings up ladders and staging them on the roof.
Tool Assistance- Passing tools and fast-tracking materials safely to our lead installers while working on heights.
Site Clean up- Keeping the roof and ground spotless by clearing debris and sweeping for nails.

What we need from you:
True comfort working at heights and on roof pitches.
Strong understanding of basic ladder and fall safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in the heat.
Reliable transportation to get to job sites.

If interested please send me a message.
