I just saw two giant plumbing companies commercials in a row on TV! What I took from it was;

They have a lot of money to spend on advertising, they have great catchy jingles, they have the fanciest new trucks, they have a huge beautiful office with lots of employees, and a fleet of company vehicles for them.

What you should take from these ads;

An advertisement costs money, a catchy jingle and beautiful TV ad costs money, fancy trucks cost money, a stand alone office costs money, a team of office employees cost money, office people’s company fleet costs money.

Now ask yourself how do they find beautiful extras?

Simple. They charge you for these things. At Center Point we many not have these things, but we surely do is pass those savings on to the end user. YOU. Our excellent customers!

We all get cabin fever in Minnesota. At least your temp might be a bit lower if you have a beautiful bathroom to use while stuck inside.

Not all home improvements are cover photo worthy. Most are not at all what we want to spend our hard earned USD on. In fact it’s quite the opposite. Money is often short, especially around this time of year. We often see things done in a pinch by home owners or their friends. Rarely is it done without some part of it incorrect. This can, and often does, result in further issues and often a call to an insurance company. Most often a few hundred dollars would have avoided these costly mistakes. Sometimes “out of sight out of mind” isn’t that true. Coming from fellow home owners we understand these issues can weigh in the backs of our minds on a daily basis, even if it’s not plumbing related. I do urge you reading this to make it a priority in 2019 to have those issues fixed first, before other updates are done to your home. You will be happy you did in the long run.
