Last week our crew was hard at work placing concrete for this massive mud mat, helping lay the groundwork for renewable energy infrastructure in the Midwest.

Exactly one month ago today, our entire company came together for the 2026 TR Concrete Safety Meeting led by Neal and backed by President & Owner Randy and General Superintendent Trent.

We covered updated safety rules, procedures, and expectations, reinforcing our commitment to keeping safety our #1 priority on every jobsite.

Kicked the day off right with coffee and donuts and made sure the crew was taken care of with a catered lunch too

Shoutout to Cody for taking 1st place in the February photo contest at Walmart St. Croix! 👏

While the photo was winning votes, our concrete & excavating crews were out there grinding - getting footings prepped, grades dialed in, and keeping the project moving forward despite the winter conditions. Proud of the team’s hard work and attention to detail every day.
