The examples presented are based on Modern Farm, European Romantic, French Country, and Craftsman styles. Let’s take a closer look:
A. Metal shed roofs are a strong accent for Modern Farm design.

B. Large, furnishable porch extends living space.

C. Natural materials, such as stone and stucco, are often used in combination on European Romantic homes.

D. Dramatic sloped roof amps up the charm for this French Country style.

E. Board and batten mixed with stone and other materials creates visual interest.

Tapered columns are a common feature on Craftsman homes.

The townhome market is becoming increasingly competitive and very price-sensitive. This project is designed to provide a fresh look at a contemporary-styled townhome on a small footprint. This Lean designed project takes full advantage of the small footprint by utilizing a three-story approach. Let’s take a closer look:

TK Core Value: We Have Fun!

Our co-founder, Todd Hallett, certainly had some fun today! Our friends at Hard Rock Concrete graciously invited Todd into their shop to work on painting his dune buggy alongside their paint expert, Dan.
