I had the pleasure of taking care of one of our clients rentals. This task involved removing the worn out caulking, cleaning the affected areas and applying bath grade caulking to create a tight seal around the shower.

On this project I had the pleasure of doing work for a new client. The scope of work involved a toilet leaking down into the kitchen resulting drywall damage.

We replaced the wax ring, added a new supply line valve, fresh caulk around the toilet base, repaired the drywall ceiling, primed the ceiling area and handled the painting!

I was able to create a result as if nothing happened. (2nd coat of paint was still wet and we cant wait to do a follow up with the client and see the Final result)

Exterior Entrance Repair/Refresh for one of our valued clients. After previously helping with interior plumbing repairs, the homeowner reached back out regarding a warped exterior header board and birds nesting above the entryway.

For this project, we:
Removed the failed header board

Reinforced and secured the crown assembly to the stucco exterior

Installed new AZEK PVC trim material

Sealed all seams with exterior-grade caulking

Applied a fresh coat of white exterior paint to brighten and refresh the entrance
