NOW HIRING — CONSTRUCTION LABORER / APPRENTICE

Darling Construction LLC is looking to add one motivated individual to our growing team.

No prior construction experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get out of an office environment and start building a career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites and trailers
• General construction labor and material handling
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• Assisting with framing and installation
• Working with hand and power tools
• Assisting with headers, windows, doors, and other framing components
• Supporting the crew with day-to-day construction tasks
• Learning and developing skills across all areas of residential construction

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and desire to develop a career in the trades

Compensation: $22–$40 per hour, based on skill level, experience, work ethic, and motivation.

We offer steady construction work and an opportunity to learn valuable skills while working alongside an experienced crew.

Well we should be on a ADU today in hooksett,NH. We quit that job yesterday let me explain. As a subcontractor we take pride in our builds. Our name our quality is what keeps us working day after day. When we show up to a job site we expect our material to be there a set of plans and a few handshakes. We did not get that yesterday we showed up to a job site with no material and people just observing us. The first floor deck was framed and extremely poorly at that. We found out the frame was 1 1/2 out of sq. Had a guy with sunglasses on while it was raining, tell me it’s the other framers fault don’t worry about it. That’s red flag number three and we walked away. Luckily because we do quality work and stand by our work we start another frame tomorrow. But if you are a general contractor show your subs respect and don’t act like you have the only job around bud. Don’t believe everything you see online a lot of these wannabe builders are just scam artist that can’t run a skill saw or nail gun. Have a good Tuesday !

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Laborers & Carpenters to join our growing team!

📍 Based out of Nottingham, NH
🚗 Work within approximately a 1-hour radius
💰 $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
🏠 Steady framing work year-round — YES, including the winter months!

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Have construction/framing experience
✅ Take pride in their work
✅ Show up on time and ready to work
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Have a good attitude and strong work ethic

Carpentry/framing experience is a big plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and work hard.
