GUESS THE REPAIR COST

If someone tried to kick in your front door, would it hold?

Most people assume they need an expensive lock or security system.

In reality, one of the best upgrades costs only a few dollars.

Replacing the short screws in your strike plate with 3-inch screws allows them to bite into the wall stud behind the door frame instead of just the thin jamb. It’s a simple upgrade that can significantly strengthen the door against forced entry.
