This customer called as they had no AC! They called last Thursday evening, we went out on Friday morning for the inspection and got them installed today! We knew time was of the essence so made sure they were taken care of! They are also going to be getting a new bathroom fan and their insulation topped off, all this with the help of our programs. If you are interested in learning about our programs that you could benefit from, do not hesitate to call! This customer can now rest at night knowing that they have AC and that their home is going to be more energy efficient than it was.

First, we started with their water heater, which was about to explode, then they called us again because their hvac wasn't working and wanted their attic insulated. This customer got a total of $7,500 in rebates from Delmarva, they will get $3,200 in tax credits when they do their taxes for 2024 and are saving $228 a month. Electric homes get the best rebates.

This customer was so happy to get the energy audit performed. We found that she only had about 4 inches of insulation in her attic and none of her fixtures or wall tops were sealed. She also did not have the correct ventilation in the eaves. She is going to notice a huge difference in her home and on her bill by doing the work. The utility company paid 75% of the contract and she is receiving a $1,200 tax credit at the end of the year. Thank you Mrs. Robin for trusting us and the process. She is so excited to tell her friends and we look forward to her referrals.
