I've posted this property several times, but never to this degree before, we started taking care of it a while back .
While always beautiful, the lawn stayed severely stressed and would not establish and just wasn't healthy. (We're not even gonna talk about the weeds)

After many topdressing applications/ sanding/ dethatching on a schedule, and repeated aearation sessions we finally have a naturally healthy turf that will stay this way for years.

In many circumstances you can't just throw sod out and water it , proper preparation and installation is key.

We still have a ways to go until this property is is 100% where I want it, but I am finally proud to say this is one of mine.

We want to apologize in advance for any delays in service , our work truck will be in and out of the shop these next two weeks , we were finally able to diagnose what I've been dealing with, and we are waiting on parts to arrive.

After a tough winter , that landed me in physical therapy, we are cleared getting back to work .
