Every inch of this custom-built powder room was designed to push the boundaries of precision and modern craftsmanship.
The centerpiece is a stunning custom floating vanity topped with premium 3" mitered-edge real stone, featuring a flawlessly integrated custom sink carved from the exact same material for a striking, monolithic appearance.
To achieve absolute design continuity, we meticulously color-matched the stone with the custom floor layout. The floor features a complex puzzle-pattern tile layout, seamlessly accented by custom tileable flush baseboards. By aligning and maintaining the natural vein flow from the floor straight up into the baseboard, the entire space feels elongated, cohesive, and remarkably high-end.
True luxury lives in the details you don't see. To maintain clean, uninterrupted lines, we upgraded the flooring with a premium Fittes, tileable flush-mount floor vent with a matte black frame.
The result is a clean, sophisticated, and deeply luxurious space. It looks absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome—and more importantly, neither could our client!

To elevate the craftsmanship, we designed and installed a seamless double picture frame border. Every single corner was precision-cut, tightly bonded, and mitered to perfection for a flawless, high-end finish that built to last.

⚠️Rectifying a Major Deck Build Disaster ⚠️
We are taking you behind the scenes of our latest project to highlight the critical structural and aesthetic failures left behind by the previous team.
A high-end deck requires strict precision, but this build was an absolute disaster.
Here is exactly what we uncovered upon our inspection:
🎨 Mismatched Aesthetics: Incorrect plug colors were used throughout the floorboards, leaving highly visible, messy patch points.
📐 Poor Cuts & Alignment: Not a single straight line was cut on the decking boards, completely ruining the visual flow.
🛑 Incomplete Craftsmanship: The 'picture-frame' border layout was left halfway complete and entirely omitted on the opposite side.
🪵 Incorrect Tolerances: The spacing between the deck boards was completely inconsistent, which affects both water drainage and expansion.
🏗️ Structural Red Flags🚩: They entirely missed installing an extra stait step leaving a massive gap between the deck floor and the first step.
When hiring a contractor, attention to detail is everything. Our team is officially stepping in to strip this down, fix the structural errors, and do it right.

We just wrapped up the floor on this deck using premium pressure-treated (PT) wood decking boards and seamlessly installed the matching fascia materials.

Good morning everyone,
we are starting a brand-new project for a client who just invested in one of Intex’s latest above-ground pool models. We are building a custom half-deck surround to fit the contour of the pool seamlessly.
Yesterday we did the layout and dug all of our footings down to a frost-safe depth of 48 inches to ensure total stability.
Today was all about structural framing. As you can see, we successfully flew in and secured our two main beams, engineering the rear span with heavy-duty 2x12x16s and framing the curved radius section using 2x10x8s. Every single connection is structurally locked—fully nailed to code and reinforced with rugged lag screws spaced precisely every 16 inches. To guarantee maximum rigidity, we installed commercial-grade joist hangers and added solid mid-span blocking, along with dedicated blocking directly over each beam. Finally, we completely wrapped the tops of all joists and beams with premium joist tape to shield the timber from moisture and prevent future wood rot. This frame is officially built to last

Every detail was carefully planned—from the tileable drain that completely blends into the floor to the dual setup of a relaxing rain shower and a convenient handheld sprayer.Storage is completely custom with a bespoke wall cabinet and a gorgeous custom vanity. We topped the vanity with premium Calacatta Taj quartz and matched it perfectly to the custom shower curb. To maintain those ultra-clean, modern lines, we even upgraded the standard ventilation with a sleek, Fittes flush-mount vent cover.The color palette blends together flawlessly, creating a space that feels incredibly calm, clean, and classy.
