The company was founded by our grandfather, Louis Benaquista who then brought in our father Louis Benaquista Jr and our uncle Robert Schrader. They built homes, commercial buildings and along the way built many of the roads you drive
and live on today. They have built a strong reputation for high quality, reliable workmanship. We continue in that same tradition today. The company is now run by Alan Benaquista and Alan Benaquista Jr (AJ) with the help of Suzanne Benaquista. Louis retired, AJ took his spot as an owner. Alan & AJ are highly experienced in the construction side of the business with a combined 68+ years of experience and Suzanne with over 30 years of experience of which 24 + years in the mason materials business. We have the ability to do residential, commercial and school/municipality work. Our company specializes in Asphalt Driveway Construction, Belgian Block Curbing, Brick Pavers, Retaining Walls, Concrete Work, Drainage, all Hardscape Applications and sealer and maintenance. We do all our own work with no sub contractors unless a specialty trade is needed, plumber, electrician, etc... Along with the man power, we have all the right equipment to handle all types of projects. Every project will have either Alan or AJ present, but most of the time both will be on your job.
