Avis Budget Group

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avis Budget group was leasing a building that just traded hands. Their move in date was 2 months after the building was being traded hands and all parties insisted they be moved in by that 3rd month without any construction starting before the sale happened.

To do this, the Archway Team designed their layouts and got permits just days before the building sale closed. Within days of the permit we were fully mobilized on site and framing the new offices early December.

Our team also quickly worked with Avis Budget corporate to implement their branding into this new layout while construction was underway.

7 weeks later on January 30th, a Certificate of Occupancy for 3 new executive offices, a new lobby and a whole new storefront/facade were in place, turned over to Avis Budget.

Atmosphere…

Your fit out or renovations are arguably 1/3 of the factor determining the success of your business. Our founding partners swear by this, possibly too much. They feel the responsibility of Archway’s work long after the works complete.

Compliments upon project completion are always greatly appreciated, but hearing that the business has grown is what drives our team’s leadership.

Archway HQ Design Feature: Luminous LED T-Bar integrated into 9/16” Ceiling Grid System w/ Beveled Tegular Edge Symphony Tiles.

This is not our first office space but this is the first one we had the opportunity to design and build ourselves. So we made sure to take advantage of every little design feature that we could.

These LED T-Bars are one of the more affordable options because we wanted to stay mindful of our budget as part of our effort to keep company overhead low; and in turn, keeping our project bids competitive.
BUT, they look far better than standard 2x2 lighting fixtures. That said, there are soooo many more ways to go about this and get crazy with designs (dm me for more examples).

As for the 9/16” ceiling grid system… it’s actually been around for some time now and like some styles, rose and fell in popularity before rising again more recently. It’s a slightly higher price point than your standard 15/16” grid but the delta is nominal and well worth the look.
