Labor Day is more than the unofficial end of summer.
It’s a day to recognize the people behind the work.
The welders and fabricators.
The electricians and pipefitters.
The operators and mechanics.
The ironworkers and carpenters.
The truck drivers, laborers, and countless others who keep our industries, infrastructure, and communities moving.

🔩 5 Signs Your Handrails May No Longer Meet OSHA Requirements

Handrails often go unnoticed...
Until someone gets hurt.
Or an OSHA inspector points them out.
Over time, equipment changes, facility upgrades, corrosion, and years of daily use can leave once-compliant handrails no longer meeting today's safety standards.
Here are five common signs it may be time to have yours evaluated:
1️⃣ Excessive Rust or Corrosion
Corrosion can weaken structural integrity and reduce the lifespan of the railing system.
2️⃣ Loose or Damaged Components
If a handrail moves, wobbles, or has damaged welds or anchors, it's worth addressing before it becomes a bigger safety concern.
3️⃣ Missing Mid-Rails or Toe Boards
Changes to equipment or previous repairs sometimes leave sections incomplete or no longer providing the protection they were intended to.
4️⃣ Facility Changes
