📣 WE ARE HIRING!

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Fleet + Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our trucks, trailers, landscape equipment and machinery.

This is a year-round, full-time position for someone who can work independently, diagnose problems and keep a busy commercial fleet operating.

Responsibilities include:
▪️Fleet truck maintenance + repair
▪️Diesel engine/equipment diagnostics + repair
▪️Trailers, brakes, bearings, wiring + lighting
▪️Skid steers, loaders, excavators + compact equipment
▪️Commercial mowers + landscape equipment
▪️Small-engine repair
▪️Preventative maintenance + service scheduling
▪️Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic + mechanical issues
▪️Keeping equipment ready for daily crews

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and understands that keeping equipment running is critical to keeping our crews productive.

Experience with diesel trucks, trailers, heavy/compact equipment and small engines is highly desirable. Valid driver's license required.

Something special is taking shape over at our Bungay Lake project. 💦🌿

The water feature is officially in progress, and we’re already loving what it’s adding to this outdoor space.

There’s still work to be done, but sometimes the in-between is just as fun to share as the finished product. 👀

Stay tuned—we have a feeling this is going to be a pretty incredible addition once it’s complete!

Landmarc would like to take a moment to remember our former Employee Jonathan Welch.

Jon was one of a kind, made everyone smile no matter what kind of day they were having! He worked with Landmarc on and off over the years but most steadily over the last two, leading crews, crushing it in the maintenance division and moving snow like a boss! This man will be missed most for his contagious laugh, endless quick wit humor and smile that lit up the yard each morning! Please pray for Jon’s daughter Ella, his family and closest friends.

There’s been a whole lot of progress happening around here, but we have to admit… working with this view every day isn’t too bad. 😍🌊
