Repaired the linkage to a casement window
Repaired water and ant damage around a window
Rebuilt two outdoor lights convering them from florescent to led
Replaced a patio screen door
Replaced rotted deck boards
Reattached gutters damaged from ice
Mounted a microwave
Refurbished a lawn tractor
Replaced a range hood
Repaired a snowblower drive and serviced
Installed a storm door
Repaired a hole in drywall
Installed new brackets on a handrail
Trimmed out a window
Replaced trim around four patio doors including baseboard
Replaced bug eaten rim joist on a shed
Cleaned gutters
Repair a broken pipe
Replaced two deck railings with fence panels
Replaced rotted wood on shed doors
Drywall repair from water damage
Replaced shingles damaged by woodpecker
Installed a ceiling fan
Built shelves
Replace a dryer vent
That is not all, just the notables.

Installed ducting and vents for two bathroom exhaust fans.
Installed an interior barn style door.
Assembled a coffee table
Replaced a range hood
Split a set of bunk beds to two beds
Installed a gate for a porch
Replaced some broken vinyl siding
Repaired a gate
Adjusted a gate
Replaced a porch step with two stairs for easier access.
Oil change on a lawn tractor.
Replaced fuel pump and fuel lines on a garden tractor.

Week 14 minus Monday (that was competition of the Mudroom)

Cleared property with a stand on skid steer from Reasonable Rentals

Installed a 10x14 crushed stone patio as a foundation for a shed. Crushed stone from Old Station Landscaping Supply. The customer is having it delivered and assembled

Installed custom made cabinet doors made by Riverdog Woodcraft

Evaluated a snowblower, ice dam water damage, and a door for repair.

Week 13 of “What did Cole do?”

The Mudroom is finished! I am a little late on the post because I finished up the details today.
Along with the Mudroom project I also
Built a railing for deck stairs
Cleaned gutters
Installed a storm door

The season is upon us. I am still booking in April, but will be moving on to May soon.

Welcome to week 12 of “What did Cole do”

Spring has not yet sprung, but when it does, Oh the fun we will have. This week was all Mudroom project again. I will provide an updated picture. It is almost done and I hope to be done by the end of the week. It will be nice to be back on the mission of helping homeowners with their home improvement lists.

Replaced the rotted wood under a sink from water damage.
Replaced an outdoor motion light
Replaced the stopper on a bathroom sink

The rest of the week was working on the Mudroom project. When it comes to details changes are less noticeable but if they were it means I have done something wrong.

Celebrated my birthday with a day off.
Started assembly of the bench top and shelves for the Mudroom project.

Replacing shear bolts
Defrosting impeller
Repairing carburetor
Adjusting control cables
Replaced two bathroom faucets
Fabricated mount and installed an over range microwave after removing the vent hood.
Installed floating shelves
Installed light fixture
Installed drywall, tape & mud in the Mudroom project.
Mounted TV to wall

Framed a closet. This is just the beginning of a mudroom project, scheduled to be completed in the second week of March.
Repaired some closet doors by getting them back on track
Repaired cabinet drawer slides
Changed a light bulb
Adjusted garage door opener controls
Installed formica on a two way commercial door to resist damage from carts.
Replaced broken cabinet door hinge
Drywall repair following an electrician
Adjusted upper kitchen cabinet on wall to adjusted cabinet doors to line up proper.
