High-quality finishes include granite countertops, composite decking with aluminum railing, tile laundry rooms, a very comfortable FFE package throughout common spaces, a soft landscaping package that complements adjacent areas and promotes walkability.

A wonderful, well-done project to be a part of that will provide a lasting impact to the future residents, tenants, and community.

One of the unforeseen benefits of architecture is developing relationships with community leaders & the team at Muskegon Rescue Mission is great. The vision Muskegon Rescue Mission has to continue providing needed resources is insightful.

CDS completed the design for the recent overhaul of the existing Men's Mission. The design requests were unique & challenging from a code & material perspective.

The renovated facility now includes a Pantry that functions as a Shopping Experience. Renovating / adding living areas into tiered living concept is meant to help & encourage individuals as progress is made.

In 2020, CDS worked with Muskegon Rescue Mission to complete the construction of a brand new childcare center & community resource center directly next door to this building. This was all part of the plan and it is great to see it come together. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!
