All hands on deck: plant relocation in progress.

This week our service crews are on site moving and resetting a customer's existing processing equipment. Not a new install. This is optimization, built to future-proof their production.

We're handling the full scope: teardown, rigging, haul, re-assembly, alignment, and startup. The goal is straightforward: better layout, cleaner material flow, more uptime, and room to grow.

No shiny new iron on this one, just smart re-work. Taking proven equipment and making it work harder for the next decade.

Out with the old, in with the custom-built.

We just swapped out a customer's worn-out Kolberg sand screw for a brand new tub that we engineered and fabricated in-house to fit their existing structure's dimensions.

No cutting up the plant. No field modifications. Designed, built, and installed all in house, drop it in and get back to washing.

Another big move completed by the Midwest Mine Services crew!

Our team just finished relocating a customer’s Dewatering Bucket Wheel. Since the unit was already fully assembled, we partnered closely with the engineering team to develop the safest, most efficient plan to move it with minimal downtime and labor.

With some serious heavy equipment and solid teamwork, we were able to relocate the entire Bucket Wheel in just three pieces, helping our customer maximize both budget and time.

Our team just completed the delivery and setup of a brand‑new Kafka 36x150 conveyor for one of our customers.
