This spring has been busy!!!🚨🚨In between the rain drops we were able to get this site done for a new barndo build. This site was super wet so we started by digging and installing footer drain pipe first, so that we could get the footings dug and onto hard ground without losing integrity of the ground. We placed plenty of stone over the entire area for sufficient drainage. Stay tuned for progress pictures now time for some concrete!

Another major new home construction completed. We were thankful to have Chad and Jean trust us as their General Contractor on this project. From site work, concrete, drainage, and basement framing, to attached and screened porches, electrical and generator installation, well drilling, septic system, masonry work, pier installation(17!), driveway, HVAC and plumbing, and of course final grading and seeding… we helped guide them through the process. This site did not disappoint, with gorgeous mountain views and the river flowing in the background; we are so excited for them to make many memories here. Allow us to assist and guide you with your next site development project!

Another Edinburg building lot cleared and ready to go for springtime; keep them coming! The landowner gained a nice view of the mountains across the lake and even a little window of the lake. Once the house goes in with a big deck out front, it will be a great spot for evening relaxation come summer time.

Getting the season started off early with a quick little clearing job before the frost is out and the burn ban goes into effect. Clearing for a future barn-dominium in the town of Edinburg.
