We’re growing and looking for the right person to join our team.
This is a high-impact, high-earning opportunity for someone who is motivated, professional, and enjoys working with homeowners to design and build beautiful outdoor spaces.
You will serve as the primary front-facing representative of our company — meeting clients, developing landscape and hardscape ideas, creating proposals, and guiding projects from the first conversation through completion.
Responsibilities:
✅ Lead generation & client consultations
✅ Landscape & outdoor living design concepts
✅ Proposal development & sales conversion
✅ Client relationship management
✅ CRM tracking & project coordination
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Sales experience preferred (landscape, construction, home improvement, or related)
✔ Knowledge of plants, landscape design, and outdoor construction is a strong plus
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Self-motivated and organized
✔ Professional and trustworthy
