The Grand Chateau is officially complete, and seeing every detail come together has been so special. ✨

The grey and white marble floors are finally revealed, bringing so much character and setting the tone for the European-inspired design throughout the home. In the kitchen, warm white oak cabinetry is paired with a stunning Cristallo waterfall island and full-height backsplash, creating the perfect balance of warmth and elegance.🤍

From the statement lighting throughout to the extensive use of natural limestone, every material was chosen to give this home a timeless, collected feel. The mix of marble, limestone, white oak, and warm finishes truly brought our vision for the Grand Chateau to life.

In 1970, Blake’s grandparents came here from Italy with one dream: to build homes.

Their first lumber package came from the Mans family. Nick Mans, third generation, was running the company then.

Fifty-six years later, Blake is the third generation of his family building homes across Southeast Michigan. Mans is on their fifth generation. They’re still working together.
Two families. Two businesses. Both shaped by the conviction that shelter is a responsibility - not a transaction.

Blake has built over 200 homes in this region. The trust behind every one of them runs deeper than any single project.

The Grand Chateau is truly coming to life. ✨

The landscaping is transforming the property into what feels like a timeless European estate, while the limestone fireplace has become the stunning focal point of the outdoor living space.

Inside, the Cristallo kitchen is taking shape beautifully with the custom plaster hood and warm bronzed sconces, and the alder doors are now complete with their brass hardware—one of those details that ties everything together.

Every finish is bringing this home one step closer to the inspired vision, and we can’t wait to share what’s next. 🤍
