Customer called and had a rotten ledger board. They also wanted the small deck they built cut down so the snow would just build up against the storm door. We pulled the deck off the porch and then took the board off and found a good amount of rot. We peeled the carpet back and had to replace the double joist as well as some of the subfloor. We also built a little extension off the roof above with a custom drip edge so the water would be diverted away from the exterior wall. We cut one step off the deck to lower it down so the water wouldn’t back up into the screen room and installed a new storm door as well. We also cleaned the gutters and added some guards and then replaced a basement doghouse door. It came out great and the customer was super happy with the work.

Customer called and wanted their basement door replaced so we did wha we do and took the old one out,rebuilt all the rotten framing so it was level and square. Sealed it all up and got the door installed and finished it off with some pvc boards on the exterior for a nice finished look. The customer was very happy with the work completed. We are still playing catch up so if you want work done there will be a wait time but we will get to it. Thank you for all your support.

This customer called and had an ice dam fall through a piece of wood they had covering the foundation where a bulkhead used to be. They wanted it fixed and wanted new heating elements put up on the roof for this upcoming winter. We took all the old lumber off the foundation and started fresh. The opening was too big for a new bulkhead door so we had to pad it out and close it up so the new door could be installed. Once we got the door installed we taped around it and put some drip cap against the house to avoid any water getting in. After we sealed it we finished it off with some plywood that the customer is gonna paint the same color as the house. She won’t have to worry bout any snow or ice getting through this year. This customer called and they will be getting ready to sell the house. They wanted the deck pressure washed and scraped and sanded. We kept a similar blue color to what was there before and did nice white railings. It came out awesome and once again the customer loved it. Had a customer see one of our flooring posts online and so they reached out to have theirs done. We moved all the furniture and stripped the carpet out of the main area. Cleaned it all up and started laying floor down throughout the area. Made it into the kitchen and pull out the appliances to continue the flooring and then made our way to the hallway and the bathroom. Here’s a deck we fixed up last year. We built new stringers and steps and put some new railings on as well as put up all the lattice around the bottom of the deck with a door that opens up to get underneath. Now that the pressure treated had its time to dry out we went back to stain it. Customer wanted it the same color as her house so we delivered and she was very happy with the job done. This customer called and had a big punch list for us so he can be ready for photos to sell the house. The basement wall was brick so we put some strapping over it and installed peg board so hooks could be hung for tools and anything else. We replaced a few lights inside and outside the house as well as a ceiling fan. We put a new storm door in because the old one had seen better days. Then my master painter killed it on the hallways and doors throughout the house. We also fixed the lazy Susan hinges and a cabinet door that was hanging off.
