Our customer wanted a basement ceiling with just a 3" drop, allowing the ductwork and plumbing to remain below the ceiling for a clean, industrial-inspired look. This design not only gives the basement a unique finished appearance but also makes future access to mechanicals quick and easy for any maintenance or repairs.
