Rough-in stage is officially underway up in Blowing Rock, and we couldn’t be happier! 🙌

With the amount of rain this jobsite saw throughout August, there were definitely times we wondered if we’d ever get here. But sometimes, you just have to keep hammering away and hope Mother Nature works in your favor. 🔨⛈

We’re excited to see this project continue to take shape and watch all the hard work start coming together!

You'll work directly under our VP of Design turning concepts into buildable construction documents using Chief Architect. This is a full-time, on-site role with room to build a real design career.

2+ years of CAD experience required (Chief
Architect, AutoCAD, or Revit). Custom or high-end
residential background preferred.

All buttoned up! We've wrapped up on one of our builds in Fleetwood, NC. The Iron Grey exterior, mixed with the natural tongue-and-groove ceiling of the deck, makes for the perfect back drop to the surrounding mountain views. Framing update in Blowing Rock!! Our framing crews have been battling consistent rain up in the mountains, but that isn't stopping us from pushing forward. Roof rafters are going in, sheathing has started, and windows and exterior doors are to be set next. The dry-in stage is almost complete!
