💧 **When Was the Last Time You Checked Your Sump Pump?**

A sump pump is one of those things homeowners often forget about—until it stops working!

A failed sump pump can lead to a flooded basement, damaged belongings, and costly water damage. Unfortunately, many homeowners don't realize there's a problem until heavy rain arrives.

**A little preventative maintenance can go a long way!**

✅ Check your sump pump periodically by adding water to the pit and confirming it activates and pumps properly.

✅ Make sure the discharge line is clear and water can drain away from your home.

✅ Inspect the float switch to ensure it moves freely without getting stuck.

✅ Consider a battery backup system for added protection during power outages.

At **Barci Plumbing & Heating**, we provide sump pump inspections, repairs, and replacements throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA.

🔧 **Don't wait for a flooded basement to find out your sump pump isn't working!**

🔥 **Is Your Heating System Ready for the Cold?**

Today, we replaced a failed zone valve on a customer's boiler system. While some zone valve issues can be repaired by replacing just the actuator head, this particular job required replacing the entire valve assembly.

Zone valves control the flow of hot water to different areas of your home. When they fail, you could be left with rooms that won't heat properly.

🍂 With colder weather approaching, now is the time to make sure your heating system is operating as it should!

At **Barci Plumbing & Heating**, we specialize in boiler repairs, hydronic heating, and troubleshooting heating system issues throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

📞 Don't wait until the first cold snap to address a heating problem!

The work you don’t see matters just as much as the finished product. 🔧

Before plumbing gets covered up during a renovation or addition, it should be properly tested and inspected.

Here we’re pressure testing the system through a test tee to verify the new piping and connections before moving on to the next phase of the project.

Proper testing and inspections help catch problems early, verify the work is being done correctly, and prevent expensive surprises after the walls are closed.

When you’re investing in your home, make sure the work behind the walls is done right too.

Before ➡️ After 🔥

Another boiler upgrade completed in North Wales, PA.

We removed the aging boiler and replaced it with a new, Navien combi unit, while cleaning up the surrounding piping and bringing the installation up to our standards.

A properly installed boiler isn’t just about replacing the equipment — the piping, controls, venting, and overall layout all play a part in how well the system performs for years to come.

Serving North Wales and surrounding areas throughout Montgomery & Bucks Counties.

🔥 **Another boiler upgrade completed!**

Yesterday we installed a new **Navien combination boiler in Glenside, PA**.

A combo boiler gives the homeowner both **high-efficiency heating and domestic hot water in one compact system**—a great solution for homes where efficiency, reliability, and space are important.

Our team handled the installation, piping, connections, and system startup to make sure everything was operating properly before we wrapped up.

Another clean installation and another customer ready for a more efficient heating system. 💪

Serving **Glenside, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and surrounding areas.**

Another home protected! We recently installed a new water heater complete with an automatic water shut-off valve. Hot water is something we all depend on, but many homeowners don’t realize that a failed water heater can cause thousands of dollars in water damage.

Adding an automatic shut-off valve provides peace of mind by helping detect leaks and shutting off the water supply before they become a major problem.

It’s not just about installing a new water heater—it’s about protecting your home for years to come.
