Most electrical subs waste hours on site doing basic math.
Here’s how we sped up our wire-pulling process by 2x (and saved your timeline in the process):
Most guys send a crew to a job, sit them down, and have them manually pull and measure wire straight from big, bulky spools, one circuit at a time. It’s slow, it creates clutter, and it burns billable hours.
We do it differently. Here are the 2 exact tweaks we made to crush site efficiency:
1. Pre-pulling measuring string into the conduit.
Before wire ever touches the job site, we pull measuring string directly into the conduit from the panel to the receptacle. That means zero guessing and zero wasted prep time when the team sets up to pull.
2. Custom pre-spooled wire mapped by circuit.
We pre-measure every single run from panel to receptacle off-site. Then, we spool the exact length needed onto individual spools and label every single one according to its specific circuit number.
When our guys hit the floor, there’s no downtime, no site clutter, and zero confusion about what goes where.
The result? Faster pulls, cleaner jobs, and zero delays for your schedule.
