Just completed this piece right before the snow hit! Made entirely out of Cedar. Although Cedar is considered a soft wood, it has natural properties to withstand decay and insects while still offering durability. It’s a little tougher to work with as it splits easily, but makes up for it with its beauty.

This potting table come with sink/drain on the left and bucket storage(for dirt) on the right. It has two shelves for storage, peg board for hanging tools, a slot for long tools, and the boards are spaced apart for easy cleaning! My personal touch was routing a water line(garden hose) behind the peg board and installing a quick release hose nozzle

Building with wood has been a hobby of mine for many years. Most of my professional career is in Culinary Arts. So, when I built my kitchen island I added a few conveinences only a chef would think of! For instance, Saran Wrap dispenser, cutting board stabilizers and waste hole for unused produce.

This is my chicken coop. Although I did have to purchase some lumber, a good portion of the wood was upcycled from an old shed I deconstructed somewhere else on my property. This home project was so much fun and rewarding. Even my kids helped along the way!
