Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Adambuilt. My amazing and talented husband, Adam, recently passed away after a very brief battle with leukemia. He was passionate about his work and always dedicated to serving his customers. Many of you became good friends. His absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support and loyalty over the years. Your trust and patronage have meant the world to us.

Alot of work involved in this full custom bathroom. Plumbing and electrical relocation and removing the k**b n tube. Ended up taking this bathroom down to the frame and started over due to 2 bad floor joists and to be able to properly duct the bathroom fans and get rid of the k**b n tube electrical. We are currently waiting for a Custom built hanging Maple Vanity that's going to be amazing and then we can get our template completed for the Ctops, curbs and sills. Once those are installed we can finish the tile work which is going to be amazing!!! Are you in the market for a New Bathroom, Kitchen or a Finished Basement? We removed a 1 piece shower unit, new Summer Rain shower valve with a built in Diverter valve. A combination of Schluter and Redgard to create a waterproof system. A new low sone Nu Tone Bluetooth bathroom fan with 28 different color lights and a Speaker. 12x24 Calcutta tiles with some really nice veining. Switched out all the fixtures and handles to Gold. 5 days into this bathroom. Removed the 1 piece shower surround, relocated the drain, installed a new Summer Rain shower valve with a diverter valve to include a hand held shower as well. We added a new Nu Tone Low Sone Bathroom Fan with Bluetooth and 28 available lights and properly vented to the exterior of the home. We also added a 2 ft x 2 ft recessed Niche. When the weather does not cooperate we will find a way!!! Day 3 of another Amazing Bathroom Transformation. A bathroom project we just started. 1950 Rocky River home. The floor was 3 inches thick of concrete. We chose to take it down to the floor joists as we noticed some wood rot. Tomorrow we will repair 2 joists and a King/jack stud and then resheet the floor glued and nailed with all new 3/4 CDX and then a layer of 1/2 CDX and a 1/4 cement board to bring the floor even to the existing floors after the new ceramic tile is installed. This Bathroom will be another amazing transformation.

This simple bathroom project was one for the books. We removed this SpaceShip enclosure of a tub/shower combination to install a new Delta Classic 500 tub and surround. Once we removed the old unit it had a center drain and then we were going to remove the concrete to relocate the drain to the right. Well can you believe this??? The trap assembly was 40 inches below grade so the drain relocation was no longer a valid option. Switched gears and went with a center drain Delta Classic 500 Shower base and Surround to remedy the situation. There us a 2nd bathroom in this home that will be receiving the Delta Bathtub in the near future. This is an older Bob Schmidt home in Strongsville off of Handle Rd and we are all still baffled as to why the Trap assembly was 40 inches below grade.
