Another couple patios brought back to life this week

Started by pressure washing both patios to strip out old joint sand, dirt, weeds, and buildup. Once everything was clean and prepped, I installed new polymeric sand to reset the joints and lock the pavers in place.

This process doesn’t just improve the look, it helps extend the life of the patio by preventing movement, weeds, and erosion.

Customer’s patio had become uneven due to tree roots pushing up the pavers. We removed the roots, re-leveled the base, and re layed the patio in a few areas. After a full power wash and fresh polymeric sand installation, this 20+ year-old patio looks like new again.

We ripped out the old concrete, added a custom wood step off the deck, and finished it off with a new paver patio.
