Today’s install required us to add an access panel to the finished ceiling. The access allowed us to add the 90* on the top of the piping in order to exit the rim joist. All in all, happy with the outcome. www.brookridgeradon.com

Old versus new. Most fans have warranties for 5 years. The fan we replaced today was a consumer grade fan bought at a local big box store. Unfortunately, it came with a one year warranty as opposed to to professional model fan, wish comes with a five year warranty. www.brookridgeradon.com

Glad to be done for the week. Today’s install was muggy and rainy. Close lightning strike near by just as I stepped off a 32ft metal ladder was enough for me to call it quits. Luckily, we were done.

Before and after. “We bought a new home and the radon fan is not working.” Hhhhmmmm, wonder why. This poor lil squirrel had been in there for quite some time.
