Getting started this morning in Flower Mound, Texas! 🏠🔨

This homeowner did exactly what I recommend before putting a home on the market—he was proactive and had the roof professionally inspected before listing. ✅

No Relief In Sight…

Brutal heat next 7 days with temps 105+
We’ve already had two days 105+ and the forecast calls for 7 more to make 9 days in a row 105+. The all time record is 10 and 11 days in a row from the heatwave of 1980. The lows only cooldown to 82 - 85 range. It’s a serious stretch of heat with no break overnight.

If Summer was a marathon we’re at mile 20 with a 10k to go. You know those last 6 miles are the hardest.

After going a few rounds back and forth with this client’s insurance company, persistence paid off! 💪🏽🏠

We finally got the approval to replace the decking on this property, which still had the original 3/8” plywood from 1960! That’s 66-year-old decking that has seen numerous roofs installed over it throughout the years.
