BAHIA CAN LOOK NICE!!!

Take a look at one of our recent front yard sod renovations in deep creek , people usually think bahia is grass that never looks well, I am here to show you differently, 1 year ago we took on this project with our client saying they did everything they could to have some decent grass without weeds and couldn't get it to grow. We explained to them that the problem here if florida is many yards have been built on sand not soil and water DOES NOT stay in the soil but drains through since its sand , our solution is to remove old sod and 4 to 6 inches of sand and replace with fresh topsoil to keep that water in there , this project has NO irrigation, watered by hand when installed and thats all.This client has NO company doing any sort of treatment or fertilizer.
