✨🛠️ Behind the Build: Meet Nathan! 🛠️✨

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Nathan, one of the talented members of our Engineering team who helps bring projects to life every day!

💙 What does he love most about his job? Creating 3D CAD drawings and watching projects come together from the initial design stage to the finished product.

🌞 Fun Fact: Nathan is always on the lookout for fossils and interesting rocks wherever he goes. You never know what treasures he might find!

☕ Go-To Coffee Order: A Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch with half caf and extra caramel.

🏕️ Outside of Work: Nathan enjoys hunting, off-roading, 3D printing, and pretty much anything that gets him outdoors, exploring, or working with an engine.

🎬 Favorite Movie: The Lost Boys — with the iconic line, “You're one of us, Michael!”

📍 Where He's From: Lancaster, Pennsylvania

🐾 His Animal Crew: Betsy the standard poodle, Tuna Fish the Cockapoo, Aragogson the jumping spider, Indiana Jones the leopard gecko, and six chickens!

👷 If He Could Trade Jobs for a Day: Nathan would choose one of our project superintendents to see how they coordinate everything from initial field dimensions through production and installation, keeping each project moving from start to finish.

🔨✨ Behind the Build: Meet a Member of Our Accounting Team, Tracy! ✨🔨

This week, we're shining the spotlight on one of the incredible people on our Accounting Team who helps keep Adams Group moving forward every day!

💙 What does she love most about her job? The fast-paced environment and the amazing team she works alongside. Staying busy makes the days fly by, and having coworkers who support one another makes all the difference.

☀️ Fun Fact: She's basically solar-powered! If she's missing on the weekend, chances are you'll find her at the beach soaking up the sunshine and "recharging."

☕ Go-To Coffee Order: An Iced Caramel Macchiato with light vanilla syrup.

📚 Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a great psychological thriller, relaxing on the beach, and keeping an eye out for manatees and dolphins.

🐾 Her family includes Gunnar the dog and Zimba the cat, who are surprisingly best friends!
