To all of our valued customers and followers, it saddens us to inform that our services will be suspended as of DECEMBER 1st 2026. During this suspension we will be relocating our home office as well as restructuring to a General Contractor/Construction Management Firm. We have been honored, blessed and humbled by everyone we have been able to provide our services to. Well are bound to our current customers as we will see all current projects through until December

When considering your project there are a few things to keep in mind…
- How skilled are you as the homeowner to perform any of the work you’re looking to have done?

- How aware are you of your projected budget for your whole project?

- How complex is the project in question, simple shed, single family home, commercial building?

You as the “Owner” have every right to perform work on your project you outlined within the contract agreement. But, just because you can doesn’t always mean you should.

Today we have been informed by a future project owner they have sustained some significant personal injury due to their efforts to financially save and attempted some very skilled work.

As a business we never want this to happen to our clients as we understand each project has its own risks and technical difficulties. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROFESSIONALS WENT TO SCHOOL AND LICENSED TO DO. There’s never an assurance of cheap work because everyone know what cheap can get you, twice the initial cost to affordably do it right in the beginning.

We’re not the cheapest and we’re not the most expensive, we’re affordable and honest to protect not only your investment but the well being of the end user.

Conceptual design for a new customer. Some decorative hardscape to add to the entrance way of their home.

Turning words and thoughts into something tangible is what motivates us to strive for the next best thing.

As we continue to grow in this industry and become a Design-Build Construction Management group, these are going to be some of the in-house options and features we will offer.

Design-Build allows us the ability to really sit with owners and go over every available option and discuss risks, practicalities, feasibility, and functionality as to let the owner know where they can have the dream and where there could be limitations on the dream. Along with the design process we can set baselines and standard features depending on the nature of project use. Commercial applications have more features and restrictions than residential applications but we treat both with the same care and concern regardless of owner.

While hanging some decor for a return customer they noticed a loose canopy panel … we normally don’t replace canopy panels but given the location and size we gladly made the fix for the homeowner to keep bugs out.

Some Saturday stucco texture to help finish up a project we were asked to be a part of.. Give it a couple days to dry and then it’s prime and paint to match

Trust the process. Nothing happens overnight..

This lovely family just moved down from PA and hated all the carpet in their bedrooms. So out with the old and in with the new. We pulled all the baseboards and reused them to keep the original trim look of the home. (Standard when we do flooring)

All rooms and stairs got fresh paint on Ceilings, Walls and all trim in the rooms to include the doors.

Total working square footage Is a little over 1k square feet. We enjoy making a house a home for new and current residents.

** SNEAK PEEK**
We always enjoy meeting new to Florida homeowners. This family has just moved to Florida and wanted carpet out of the bedrooms. We always tell homeowners we gladly take the carpet out but we’re not the ones to put it back. They said that’s fine they didn’t want carpet anyways.. So LVP it is. The beauty of this project is all the rooms are a different flooring as the all children got to pick their flooring … once we’re done with the flooring a fresh coat of paint finishes these rooms right up for this lovely family.

A good pressure wash to get all the old age off allows for a good primer and a much needed face lift … this was done to match the house of an exterior we’re currently doing. This was a nice added bonus to the homeowner.
