John Lyberger, President & Chief Operating Officer, attended the ASGCA - American Society of Golf Course Architects Annual Meeting, where he connected with esteemed golf course architects and shared how Peacock + Lewis can support golf course projects. John also received the Ritterbusch Award for the lowest score in the golf tournament!

It was a fantastic few days catching up with old friends and making new ones!

We're honored to be recognized for winning Clubhouse of the Year for Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club at the Golf Inc. Magazine Summit!

Our team designed a new 130,000-square-foot private clubhouse to support elevated gatherings while fostering everyday connection. The clubhouse includes a grand ballroom and prefunction space, vibrant sports bar, refined high-end dining, casual greenside café, a speakeasy-style bar and lounge, locker rooms, card rooms and specialty golf and tennis retail.

We're proud to have created a space that will support Frenchman's Creek members for years to come.

Big news! ✨ Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club's new clubhouse, designed by Peacock + Lewis, has won First Place in the New Private Clubhouse category of Golf Inc. Magazine's 2026 Clubhouse of the Year competition! 🏆

Opened in February 2026, the two-level, 130,000-square-foot British Regency-style clubhouse features:

☀️ Clerestory towers and expansive glazing that flood dining, event and recreation spaces with natural light.
💪 Golf, tennis and fitness amenities supporting the club's 36 holes, 10 tennis courts and 10 pickleball courts.
🍽️ A 480-seat main dining room, with shaded loggias and colonnaded walkways seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor areas.

Set within a 100,000-square-foot private golf clubhouse, Woodfield Country Club's newly renovated dining destination, Primrose, redefines the member experience with a sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere.

Every detail was considered, including custom floor-to-ceiling champagne-toned metalwork to separate the bar and main dining room.
