Been a busy 2 weeks . Started interior renovations new bathroom , new ceiling joists and a good bit of framing . Electrical rough in will be completed next week and then we can begin to close in walls and ceilings and finish to paint .
Still a long way to go on this project so stay tuned !!

Well 90% of the first phase is wrapped up the little bit left out there has to tie in to this phase of the remodel . This phase will include a good bit of demo and dropping the ceiling to 9 foot in hgt.
Once we have that portion done we can start phase 3 which is creating new entry point into master bedroom and moving / expanding master bath . Lots of changes coming down the pike so stop back often for updates on the progress

Well been a hot minute or two since my last update . Steadily making progress on our Murrells Inlet project . Plumbing roughed in , electrical roughed in , framing all completed , installed the last of the windows today and most of the beaded siding is done .

Been a busy 2 weeks all done with the structural upgrades underneath . A lot of demo completed . Framing package has been delivered so now we can begin the process of raising the floor to match hgt of existing floor in house then start stick building all our exterior walls upstairs.
Making great progress and looking forward to the next phase of construction..

Morning and welcome to our Murrells Inlet project . This project entails structural upgrades then closing in of second floor porch and existing sunroom thus creating more climate controlled living space for our home owners including a residential elevator.
I have done alot of structural work in my 40 years in this trade but this one here is one of the most structurally detailed jobs I have worked on in quite some time regarding connections and carrying of existing loads .
We are excited to showcase this project as it evolves and share with you the process of properly constructing a heavy timber structural engineered job .
So sit back and enjoy the ride its promises to be a fun one
