Things are moving right along at the new Speedway location in Hope.

Inside, finishes are coming together and the space is starting to take shape. Outside, the building, fuel canopy, site work, and paving continue to make significant progress as we move closer to the finish line.

It's always exciting to see a project transition from drawings and dirt work to a facility that will soon serve the community.

The projects may be what people see, but it's the people behind them that make it all happen.

Our team enjoyed spending the afternoon at Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas Catfish Friday, catching up with industry friends and colleagues.

We're thankful for the relationships we've built within our company and throughout the construction industry. Events like these are a great reminder that construction is ultimately a people business.

A few weeks ago, we asked everyone to guess the biggest project we've ever completed. Believe it or not... nobody guessed it. 😄

The answer is: Speedway – White House, TN

This project became the largest contract in Tony Wilson Constructors history at $6,195,712.

From site development and infrastructure to the finished convenience store, fuel canopy, and surrounding improvements, this 3.48-acre project kept our team busy from August 2023 through June 2024.

These photos show just how much can happen in less than a year.

We're proud of the work, proud of the team that made it happen, and grateful for every opportunity to build projects that leave a lasting impact on the communities they serve.

And here's a fun update: we're not quite finished with this location yet. This week, we're back on site to begin an addition, making this project an even bigger part of the TWC story!
