My AC quit cooling after a breaker to an outside outlet got tripped (long story). I THOUGHT I had reset the breakers, but ….
I called One Call first thing this morning and was told it would be tomorrow before anyone could come check it. I told them about my health issues, and the dispatcher said if they could, they would squeeze me in today.
Within an hour, I was told someone was coming to my rescue. My knight turned out to be Sam Coulter himself! He checked the outside unit, checked my breaker box, found the offending breaker, and in minutes had me fixed up.
People, this is why you work with local companies, not large corporations. The local folks go the extra mile.
