Tonight was a pretty special night in Columbiana! ❤️🖤
We couldn’t have been happier to welcome the CHS Spirit Bonfire to Arrowhead Park tonight!

Seeing so many students, families, teachers, and neighbors come together to support our Clippers is a great reminder of what makes this little town such a special place to call home.

To all the students, athletes, cheerleaders, and band members, you have a whole community behind you, and we’re proud of the hard work, dedication, and school pride you show every day.

And to the teachers, coaches, staff, and families who give so much of themselves to our kids, thank you. You’re helping raise a generation of young people this community can be proud of, and that means more than you know.

A special thank you to Principal Jeff Jackson for his leadership, dedication, and the pride he brings to Columbiana High School. Having people who genuinely care about our kids and their future makes all the difference, and we’re grateful for all that you do.

We’re grateful to have played a small part in bringing everyone together tonight. Nights like this are what small-town life is all about, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Sometimes the biggest ideas come from places you might not expect.

We were incredibly grateful to be part of an event hosted by the Regional Chamber that brought together people who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in home building, housing and technology right here in our region.

It was inspiring to hear so many great ideas, meet people who are thinking differently about the future, and have the opportunity to share a little of what we’ve learned along the way at Arrowhead One, our fully solar-powered residential community in Columbiana, Ohio.

Master Plan Homes’ Rob Struharik shared the story behind Arrowhead One and something we believe strongly: innovation doesn’t have to come from Silicon Valley or a major city. It can happen anywhere. In communities large and small. In industries that have been doing things the same way for generations. And sometimes, right in your own backyard.

Arrowhead One started with a simple question: What if we could build a community differently?

That question led us down a road filled with challenges, lessons, new technology and plenty of problem-solving. Today, it has given us the opportunity to show what modern housing can look like when solar energy, battery storage, thoughtful design and homebuilding all work together as one system.

We’re proud of what we’ve built, but even more excited about what comes next.

A sincere thank you to the The Regional Chamber for bringing people together, creating a place for these conversations, and recognizing that some pretty incredible innovation is happening right here in the Mahoning Valley.

Not long ago, this was an empty lot in the heart of Columbiana.

Today, it’s the Garden of Eatin, a beautiful place where families can gather, kids can play, neighbors can meet, and our community can simply spend time together.

Watching Columbiana grow over the years has been something special. New businesses. New ideas. New investment. New places like this one. Yet somehow, through all that growth, Columbiana continues to hold onto the charm, character and genuine sense of community that made people fall in love with this town in the first place.

A huge thank you to Lance Willard, Bryce Miner, Rick Noel and the entire Columbiana City Council for their relentless work and commitment to making Columbiana a better place every single day. There are countless hours, conversations and decisions behind progress like this that most people never see.

And a very special thank you to Trisha Misos and her students. Her dedication to inspiring young people through her entrepreneurship class helped turn an idea into something real. Without their creativity, hard work and belief in what was possible, this ribbon cutting, and the Garden of Eatin’ itself, would not have happened.

What may be most inspiring is seeing generations of Columbiana standing together in these photos. Students, families, community leaders, first responders and longtime residents, all celebrating something they helped create together.

The significance of gathering around September 11 made the day even more meaningful. We were honored to welcome Todd Kleismit, Executive Director of America 250-Ohio, and deeply appreciated the recognition from Todd and all of the presenters for the first responders who serve our communities. On a day when we remember extraordinary sacrifice, it was fitting to also recognize the people who continue to answer the call to serve others.

Here’s to a town that keeps moving forward without forgetting what makes it home. 🇺🇸❤️
