But we’re here for the everyday cars too.
Here’s a look at a job from today: programming a new key for a 2025 Hyundai Elantra with all keys lost. No towing, no dealer wait — we keep these keys in stock and ready to go.

While we’re currently operating at full capacity and not taking on new customers, we are actively looking for new franchisees who want to grow with us.

As we prepare to celebrate Christmas—the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ—we are reminded of how blessed we are. This year, instead of our usual customer gifts, The Car Key Store will be donating 5% of every invoice billed in December to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We believe this is a more meaningful way to share the blessings God has given us and help children and families in real need.
In early January, we’ll share our company’s contribution amount total.

At The Car Key Store, we focus on innovation and keeping up with the latest in car key technology.

In 2024, Subaru began installing secure gateway modules on their vehicles. These modules were designed to allow OBD access to certain functions yet block access to more sensitive things like key programming when all keys are lost. Even the Subaru dealership cannot make keys for these cars without replacing modules. And the bill when they are finished is thousands of dollars.

Today, to our knowledge, we were the FIRST IN THE WORLD to program a new key to this 2024 Legacy when all keys were lost. Our method should also work on many other late-model Subaru vehicles as well.
