This weeks project was giving this camp a face lift!
Our hardscape crew installed;
-New driveway of asphalt millings with a railroad tie border.
-New lawn
-New walkways with blue stone walking pads
-New fresh beach
-New 11x27 paver patio to enjoy their new hot tub on!

We were called in to take over this house lot from a different excavation contractor…..it’s pretty unbelievable the lack of care some contractors have. This is why you don’t automatically go with the lowest bidder! In three days we had all the tree debris off the lot, back filled graded and prepped for flat work! Here are before and after pics.

Today we were able to raise this old home 2” to give the homeowner a level room. We also installed a new sill and concrete piers to give the builder a proper base to work off! Next we will be excavating all the dirt from under the home and installing a v***r barrier.
