Progress doesn’t happen overnight it happens one step at a time.

From clearing lots to standing walls, every stage moves a project closer to becoming someone’s future home or business. Our team is proud to keep Southwest Florida growing with dependable craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Every project.
Every day.
Every build.

That’s the Draft Construction difference.

Every great project starts with a solid foundation.

Before the walls go up and the roof is installed, every successful build begins with proper site work, grading, and concrete. At Draft Construction of SWFL, we believe doing it right the first time saves time, money, and headaches later.

Strong foundations.
Quality workmanship.
Reliable schedules.

That’s how we build.
