Experienced Office Coordinator / Dispatcher
We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and driven professional to join our team!
Champion Plumbing is seeking a dependable office professional with 4+ years of experience who understands the importance of customer service, communication, organization, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
We need someone who can handle everything from the smallest office task to the biggest scheduling challenge while coordinating our plumbers and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming calls and providing professional, courteous customer service.
Coordinating schedules, dispatching plumbers, and managing daily service calls.
Creating, organizing, tracking, and following through on work orders.
Coordinating plumbing service work, grease services, backflow testing, and related requirements.
Managing permits, paperwork, scheduling, and job documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicating effectively with plumbers, customers, vendors, and team members.
Staying organized, prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and following through on responsibilities.
Supporting the office and field team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of relevant office, dispatching, or service coordination experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A disciplined, proactive, and responsible approach to work.
The ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who takes ownership, follows through, and understands that every detail matters.
