A contractor occasionally gets to work on personal projects, often late in the evening after a full day of work. I'm currently putting in a French drain for my driveway and appreciate the opportunity to do so. Gipe Contracting – Pole Barn Roof Transformation

From severe moss growth, trapped debris, and long-term water damage to a completely rebuilt and protected roofing system — this pole barn received a full exterior restoration.

Scope of Work Completed

* Complete tear-off of all existing shingles and underlayment
* Removal of heavily deteriorated roofing materials caused by moisture intrusion
* Replacement of 10 sheets of rotten OSB roof decking due to water damage
* Full preparation and inspection of roof structure
* Installation of new underlayment system
* Installation of new Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Brownwood
* Precision ridge cap installation and full roof system completion
* Full cleanup and debris removal

Project Description

This pole barn roof had reached the point of structural concern due to years of trapped moisture, moss buildup, and deteriorating roofing materials. After removing all existing shingles and underlayment, extensive water damage was uncovered throughout the decking. Our crew replaced 10 sheets of rotten OSB to restore the integrity of the roof before installing the new roofing system.

The finished product features Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood, giving the structure a clean, durable, and professionally finished appearance built to withstand the elements for years to come.
