PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | HYLAND VILLAGE
📍 WESTMINSTER, CO

Kennedy Richter Construction completed comprehensive construction defect repairs throughout the occupied Hyland Village townhome community.

The project included structural framing repairs, porch stair replacements, siding and stone replacement, flashing repairs, and grading and drainage improvements.

KRC also developed a value-engineered HVAC solution that addressed heating and cooling concerns while delivering an estimated $1 million in savings to the HOA.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | FIRST & WASHINGTON
📍GOLDEN, CO

Kennedy Richter Construction completed comprehensive construction defect repairs at First & Washington, a community of eight townhomes across two three-story buildings.

The project included structural repairs, replacement of front decks and guardrails, siding and masonry flashing repairs, and extensive grading and drainage improvements to address water management and safety concerns.

Project Spotlight

Work is underway where the Kennedy Richter Construction team is completing exterior repairs along the waterfront.

The scope includes deck coatings, base-of-wall flashing work, and cladding repairs involving brick, stucco, and siding.

With scaffolding in place, our team continues making progress across the building’s exterior.

Project Spotlight | Ocean Point at Folly

Work is underway at Ocean Point at Folly, where the KRC team is completing a full exterior renovation along the beachfront.

The scope includes removal of the existing cladding and waterproofing, new windows and balcony doors, re-sloping of balconies, installation of new waterproofing and siding, and new handrails.

21 Charlotte brought together historic preservation and new construction in downtown Charleston.

The project included the restoration of an existing historic residence along with the construction of four new infill residences designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood.
