Progress continues at the future floral + coffee shop, where the foundation has been laid—thanks to a top-notch slab pour by the team at Lutzen Construction, Inc. Major shoutout to Lutzen Construction for their precise work and partnership on this pour. Great crews make great projects. 👷‍♂️👊

This stage is where all the prep work starts to come together, turning raw space into a solid base for what will soon be a uniquely beautiful and functional buildout. The foundation is down, and we’re full steam ahead. Stay tuned — this one’s going to be something special.

We’re proud to share the finished space for FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – West Ashley, now open and accepting new patients!

This transformation took the space from a supplier showroom to a bright, clean, and fully functional physical therapy clinic. Our scope included:

🔹 Interior wall construction for patient rooms, offices, and a staff break room
🔹 New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout
🔹 Updated finishes and layout for improved flow and function

Cabinets and countertops are officially installed, and flooring is well underway — this space is quickly moving from jobsite to fully finished.

From layout to function, this clinic is coming together with clean lines, durable materials, and thoughtful details to support everyday operations.

Final finishes and punch-out are just around the corner. We’re proud to be part of building spaces that help people heal and move better every day.

Progress Update 💥 | Physical Therapy Clinic Buildout
Things are shaping up quickly on this project — and we’re almost to the finish line!

✅ Drywall installation ✔️
✅ Mud and sanding complete ✔️
🎨 Painting is underway!

Next up: flooring, cabinets, and finishing out the reception desk with a brand-new countertop. This millwork detail will anchor the entry space and bring the front of house to completion.
