🔧 We’re Hiring: Hands-On Diesel Shop Manager
Van-Smith Concrete is looking for an experienced Diesel Shop Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership position. We’re looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day operation of the shop while also working alongside the team when needed.
The right person will be comfortable:
• Leading and supporting diesel mechanics
• Troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Managing preventive maintenance and repairs
• Prioritizing work to keep equipment running and minimize downtime
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive shop
• Holding the team accountable while being willing to turn wrenches themselves
We’re looking for someone with strong diesel experience, good leadership skills, and a get-it-done mentality.
