RD Outdoor Landscape Services Hiring:

Equipment Operator / Hardscape Foreman

Location: North Berwick, Maine

Pay: $30–$40+/hr based on experience

Full-Time | Year-Round

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 2–5 employees
Read plans and layouts
Build paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living spaces
Operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, compactors, and grading equipment
Manage daily production, quality, safety, and jobsite organization
Communicate with clients and management
Complete daily paperwork, photos, and job documentation
Train and develop crew members
Requirements

5+ years of hardscape and site construction experience
Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
Ability to operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and compactors
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to read plans, grades, and elevations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable and able to consistently start at 6:00 AM
Preferred Experience

Techo-Bloc, Unilock, Genest, or similar hardscape products
Drainage and grading work
Light excavation
Snow plowing and equipment operation
