We asked Diego to give us some words of encouragement and some motivation for those who maybe on the fence about starting their own business! Hereās what he had to say!
Growing up everything was earned, I couldnāt go out, couldnāt have any money, or get rides to friends houses unless I worked for it. My dad never made anything easy, and always told me thereās no such thing as ādays offā I think I started working out in the fields from age 8 from what I can remember and from there I learned everything I know now.
I had to sacrifice a lot for where I am today, and I donāt think I wouldāve been able to do it without my hard-work and discipline, and of course without the help of my uncles that taught me a lot as well. If you arenāt willing to sacrifice fun, family time, and big events then itāll be really hard for you to be focused. Sacrifice and discipline is what got me here!
Itās just about choosing your hard, and if you really want it then you work for it. Itās really that simple. Be boring, be different, be hard to reach, and youāll become everything youāve ever wanted to be and maybe even more.
