At JB Services CSRA, LLC, we believe that taking care of our clients doesn't stop the day we finish a project.

Today, the CPSC announced a massive safety recall on Louisville, Featherlite, Lite, and Century attic ladders because of a hardware defect. If you had one of these installed, it needs to be repaired before you use it again.

Instead of making our clients navigate the recall process alone, we took action. We've ordered the official repair kits and are offering to swap out the defective hardware for our past clients absolutely free. No labor charges, no hassle.

We found a leak so bad under this homeowner's rear door that the floor was basically a flexing dance floor, and to make matters worse, no sill pan or flashing was present. But don't worry, we nailed it by replacing the subfloor with some extra support blocks and putting in a new sill pan, all without trashing the existing flooring and trim. Sadly, no finished product pic for you 🤦🏻‍♂️
